Policies

Our classes are designed to run for a full season and end with a recital in the Spring.
See current fees on our Tuition Page.
First 1/2 of tuition and registration fee will be charged when you register.
A recital fee plus costume fees will be charged at the 2nd-semester (Due Dec. 1st) with the remainder of tuition.

Dancers who only wish to dance in the fall will need to notify us upon registration, otherwise the full season will be charged and due. Dancers who wish to join us only for the spring are welcome, space permitting.

Other expenses, such as shoes and apparel or studio events and master classes, are due when purchased.
Tuition is due upon registration. A class spot may be forfeited if tuition is not paid.
Late fees will be applied for past-due accounts. ($35 per invoice, or 5%, whichever is greater, after 10 days).
The 3% charge you will see upon online checkout is for credit card. 1% for e-check ACH processing. We are happy to take personal checks or cash at the studio to avoid these fees. Delinquent accounts may be referred to a third party for collection.

No Refunds. Should a student withdraw, an account credit will be applied upon approval for such reasons as injury, moving or family emergencies.
In the event of weather (rec classes will follow 9R snow days), you may contact us to find a suitable makeup class to take any time during the current year.
At checkout when registering, you will accept the terms of our liability waiver and policies in our student handbook.
We follow local mandates regarding health-related issues.

Dress Code & Conduct
Conduct: Dancers are expected to arrive prepared for classes or arrive as early as required to dress and prepare at the studio. Hair should be tied back, and bangs may need to be pinned back if they interfere. They can bring snacks to be eaten between classes or with the teacher's permission (we will advise if there is a student with allergies) and should bring a water bottle.

Good attendance is expected for both theirs and their classmates benefit. Contact the studio via email if your dancer will be tardy or absent.

Dancers are expected to listen, participate, to be polite and respectful of teachers, classmates and our studio space and facilities. Dismissal from class due to persistent mean or disruptive behavior is possible. Registered students should review our our student handbook with complete information and policies.
